Mistake while making profile -certificate of qualification

Hi,
I got my ITA on 8 Jan and when I got my personalized checklist I realised I made a mistake while filling my profile that was i answered one of the question wrong about the ceritificate of qualification and now my check list says that I need to submit that which I don’t have. I have my post graduate diploma from college here. I Can’t make the changes to my profile as it’s locked I don’t know what to do. I have to submit my documents before 8 April 2021. It was a mistake made unintended. Please can anyone suggest me what to do in this situation.

You can add LOE but you have to make sure after removing Certificate of Qualification points your CRS should not fall below minimum cut off score for that round. If that happens, I would suggest to decline ITA and wait for a new one.
