mistake on visitor visa application

Hello, i currently applied online to renew my visitor visa, i just realized i made an error. I put the wrong country of issue because i renewed my passport in canada, i put canada as the country of issue and i have already submitted the application online. Please what can i do to correct it? Please reply, its urgent!!
