I have done a mistake in my student permit application by not mentioning my Previous Common Law partner. I have ticked "NO" in the form. But me and my previous common law partner had an EE profile where he mentioning me as his common law partner. Can someone tell me should I send a web form and correct this mistake or should I not?

got a procedural fairness letter for not mentioning a family member .. Sent a reply for that letter mentioning that we broke up later and apologized for ticking "No" as its an unintentional mistake . After one week got PPR.
