Hello, I am kindly in need of urgent assistance today. I submitted my PGWP about a week ago, and today realized that my college wrote my name incorrectly on my Official Transcripts and Graduation Letter.

For example, the college wrote my name incorrectly as "Mark Al Al Haddaf" when my name is actually "Mark Al Haddaf" without an extra Al.

If this is a critical concern I need to amend, please tell me how to do so in some detail as I would really appreciate it.

Thank you

You need to contact the college admin team along with your ids having your correct name and ask them to ammend the certificate and transcripts.

Hey, thank you for your response. I am already working on amending those. But what do I do once I retrieve the new documents? I've already submitted my PGWP with my name written incorrectly

No worries.
You should write a LOE and submit these ammended docs by a webform.

Once again, thank you for response. But what is an LOE, and how do I submit a webform? Also, is there a chance that this may not be such a big problem? Like, might immigration just consider it a typing error?

LOE is letter of explanation.
Why? Remember you somewhere you say that all the docs and info you are submitting is right and if not IRCC have the authority to cancel your application. I am not sure but if I had been you I would have done the ammendment and notify IRCC about it.

I'll bother you with just a few more questions.
1) Is there any specific form for LOE or do I just write it on any word document?
2) https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/canada-case-cas-eng.aspx - When I look at the Webform in this link it says: "You may use this form if:
  • Your application has exceeded normal processing times. We will not respond to your enquiry if the application is within normal processing times."

However I am still within normal processing times... what should I do?

It would be great if you write it by your own.
It would be great to ignore this at the moment, since you are doing some changes as well on your side and moreover you are still in your normal processing time.

So you're saying I should submit the form even though I am still within normal processing times? Also, is that the correct web form to submit that I linked?

Why not? Are you still waiting that the officer will send you an ADR and then put your file on hold, then you will send the docs and then it will take ages for the officer to delay your case?

I think you are not understanding me. The webform clearly says: "We will not respond to your enquiry if the application is within normal processing times." What is the point of submitting a Webform if they won't respond? I am within normal processing times.

Is it? It says we will not respond, it doesn't say that it will not be submitted.
