Mistake in my study permit Application

Please I need urgent help I was denied study permit last year December and while filling my form I mistakenly thick No instead of yes if have ever been denied
Sir I explained in details in my statement of purpose that have been denied and the reasons Sir sir I am asking would it affect my application

There are no sirs on this forum. Yes, lying on your application (even by "mistake" ) has an effect, even if you chose to disclose the reasons in your SOP. The denial is the effect. You are lucky you didn't receive a ban for misrepresentation.
