mistake in IMM5257 e form

I just noticed that i made a mistake in my application form IMM5257E, where a question was asked regarding the Country where applying, same as country of residence. I got confused and i thought it's the country to where i am applying for. now I got approval for that but still mistake is not updated yet i called CIC many times no reponse and now what should i do?
