My cousin is here in Canada on Student visa. He did a visa renewal by filling out Application to Change Conditions or Extend Your Stay in Canada as a Visitor, but noticed only after submitting it, that there was a mistake:
For one of the questions that asks if he's visited a list of countries in the last 6 months, he put yes, but it should have been no.
Now they are asking him for a physical checkup report from a doctor.
How can he correct this mistake?
