mistake in application,pls help

hi guys, i remember in one of the questions--were you denied applying for pr, tourist visa etc. something like that,sory cnt remeber exactly.. and it says if you answer yes provide details below, so i did i was denied last aug2010 when i applied so i put the date and explanation, however i just remember reecently that i applied for tourist visa before wayback 2006 and i cant remember the date, i wasnt able to put that in the details i just put the most recent which is august, it was a mistake cos i forgot cos its long time ago, what should i do?will this cause me some trouble..pls help i keep thingking about it, we sent my application second week of jan

we just sent it last jan 10, i dont have acces in ecas yet, so i dont have file no. yet..im so stresses out right now, i dont wnt them to think im trying to hide something, i read the question too fast, and forgot other things cos were in rush to finished the application so my partner can bring it with him on cnada the days he left..pls help guys
