2-3 best guesses. In the 4 years of history, the 1st year is in US working on work permit for me and homemaker for my wife. We landed and went back for 2.5 weeks to prepare for the move. They might want to clearly see when my ties ended there an started in Canada. We have travels outside Canada for around 4.5 months in the 3 years that we spent here. That could be another trigger. Our address changed in the 3 months prior to application. That could be another trigger. I got a full RQ, the 0171.

Hi garian4u,
RQ is never is a good news... but on the positive side, it looks like they did not waste a lot time before issuing the RQ.... hopefully they will also timely process your RQ response.
Was your RQ issued by Sydney or Local office Mississauga? And where did you send your RQ response?

So, if you read other threads, you will see the way my RQ was done is a trend now and not unusual. The RQ letter was issued by Sydney (post-stamped by Sydney), but I was asked to send RQ responses to Mississauga. So, I sent the responses to Mississauga.

I have applied for Citizenship on December 2014. I live in Mississauga as well.

I am waiting for AOR... If there is no issues..

Did anyone hear from CIC to see if their file has been successfully transferred to local office(wherever that is) or have got their ecas updated to reflect this?

An update from an early September applicant: my wife passed the test in Mississauga today and got an oath invitation on the spot for the 30th of January! The full timeline is in the signature.
