Several appplicants from September 2014 and even October 2014 have reported that their files have transferred to Mississauga office... which sounds pretty fast to me. Through this tread, I would like to specially track the timeline of Applicants from August 2014 forward who have received confirmation that their file has been transferred to Mississauga office (by phone, email, eCAS, etc). Here is mine.

Application sent date: 28-SEP-2014
CIC received date: 30-SEP-2014
In-Process date: 20-NOV-2014
Local office transfer date: 31-DEC-2014
Test date:
Oath date:

I don't know whether or not I received any update.
I've been in Montreal since December 14th, I hope I'll find something tomorrow in my mail box.

Haven't heard a thing. Its hibernation mode until we hear someone from Mississauga has their application move forward.

Hi all,

I thought I'd put in 2 cents in case it's helpful to anyone:

Landed - Aug. 15, 2010
Applied for Citizenship - Aug. 16, 2014
Received letter to write the citizenship test and/or verification of identity documents (i.e. Office interview) - Jan. 06, 2015
Will write Citizenship test - Jan. 30, 2015

Some anxieties I have: my lawyer, who is excellent and thorough, has expressed concern that the only thing CIC might have issue with is my passport stamps which, unfortunately, reflect most of my trips through entry stamps (only US trips to visit family/friends), not all are represented (officer simply scanned/did not stamp my passport). I was advised by my lawyer to simply state the truth: I do not know why the immigration official didn't stamp on certain and to bring what I have in terms of itineraries. I don't know if this will be good enough, but of course if CIC checks against CBSA records, they will see confirmation. Total days I have been absent from Canada in the four year period: 28 days.

Sorry - should mention, my application is, in fact, being processed from the Mississauga office :)
