My oath invite says 1230 but the only ceremony listed for he 6th is at 1:15. Any ideas why?

May be 12:30 is that time we should be there and then verification documentation etc.. will take time until 1:15

I had my test on Dec 5th 2015 , and no updates till today, my status on exams is still in process
The officer informed me during the interview that she will check the borders as there as 2 Canada entry stamps are missing on my passport
Any one had the same situation ? How long does it take to check the borders ?

No that's from Pearson international airport

Don't worry then, the information from the Airport is accurate.

At the Pearson they don't stamp passports to PR but they can easily check your electronic entry from the Automatic Border Clearense maschine.

If you don't have any of the following it should be fast to process
1.Any visits in USA
2.Any visa valid or expired to USA
3.Stamps in your passport which are not in English or French
4.Gaps in your travel documents or currently expired last passport.

Actually I didn't visit USA and I neither have a valid nor expired visa to USA , however I have stamps in Arabic which is already translated and the officer checked it during the interview
I have submitted 2 passports the one which I have landed with ( expired) and a new one

Hi and congrats! I had my DM on Dec. 5th and I got the Oath ceremony on the 6th of Jan. so just give it some time and watch your mailbox for that letter

Did anyone who had the oath is Mississauga sign an intent to reside form?

I got two forms with my invitation one was a media release and the other was the prohibitions form.

Was there even anything else to sign or was that not correct to start with?

Scarborough, I am scared reading "lost mail cases" posted on forum, Cic call center don't look into file whenever i call(i called 2/3 times in past)
should i wait? or try my luck again by calling Cic?

I think then you will have your oath in scarborough? Check that thread there are some people who have had a similar situation

I guess you may consider contacting the Call Center and request share your concern.

Send a letter to CIC your local office inform them your ecase status was changed to DM on Nov 6th but so far you did NOT receive Oath letter.

That way, in case if your letter was lost, at least CIC would NOT blame you for missing the Oath Ceremony.

if you took your test in Scarborough then it means that your file is now transferred to Scarborough office. if your DM on Nov 6 then you might be hear from them this week or next week as my DM was on 31st Oct and i got letter for oath last Friday i.e. 25th DEC.
