This is for Mississauga Citizenship Applicants only.

Please share Citizenship Application timeline so we all know the reason for the delay from Mississauga.
Looking at the Google sheets, it's clear Mississauga office is lagging behind most offices.

My timeline is:
App delivered: Oct-6
AOR: Nov-2
In process: Nov: 22

My timeline is pretty similar, although I don't quite understand how posting the timeline in a separate thread can help "to know the reason for the delays". The best source is a spreadsheet itself and it's quite easy to see the trend. Personally, based on the current timelines I don't expect any progress with my application in the next 3-4 months.

It is likely that Mississauga is slower because there is a high volume of applicants. Ontario has a high population and a high immigrant population. Mississauga would serve a huge portion of the Ontario applicants. It makes sense therefore that things are slower. Just a theory - no one will ever really know the truth.
To the point of the poster above, there isn't really any point in creating a Mississauga thread as the timeline can only be observed, not controlled and the way to do that is through comparison of other locations

The google sheet is not up to date especially in the older applications, In my opinion, it might be useful to track what is going on in Mississauga office in separate thread.

I'm from Brampton and I've been told by cic agent my application will be processed in mississauga office.

Why can't they move some of the traffic to other offices in gta ?
