Dear All

I have shown a work experience for a job but I have mis placed the original letter. I still have the photocopy of it. The immigration has asked for ORIGINAL reference letters.

SHould I just send the copy and in the note mention that I have mis placed orginal.

Or should I just send the copy and not bother elaborating on this ?

Thanks

Hi

They have asked for original so if you are not submitting original then do mention it in your cover letter.

Hello,

In my case I have one Reference Letter that is only a scanned copy from my previous employer abroad. So what I did, I wrote a notarized explanation letter why I can't provide the original copy and I attached original employment contract and a copy of work permit.
