Anyone with same case as ours?

My husband's medical results didn't receive by our VO, just mine and our 2 kids. And he's the PA!

Our DMP sent those to CHC London then forwarded to our VO. We're not sure where did it disappear?

Anyone one please advise us what to. We have communicated with our agent, VO, CHC-via email...so far after more than a month since we received this bad news, no further developments yet.

It's been a month and they still can't locate his medicals, so you have to ask yourself whether at this stage of the process it's better for him to re-do the medicals or continue to wait and risk being rejected. Personally, I would re-do the medicals and be done with it.

Hello,
We already thought of that because it's already been more than a month since we received this bad news.
But our DMP needs original medical form with stamp from our VO, and he also needs authorization letter from our VO to do the re-medical of my husband.

We already send message to our VO about the doctor's requests but until now, no response.
We did send message also to CHC London, where our medicals have been sent by the DMP before those were forwarded to our VO..no reply still its been 3 weeks now.
We followed up from our embassy but no developments.....

I don't understand why the DMP needs an original medical form with a stamp or authorization letter? My understanding is that any DMP's office has the same standard medical forms, unless the rules are slightly different for applicants from certain countries?

The only difference as I know is, the medical form the VO sends will have all your information filled out and the picture while with a blank medical form at the DMP's office, you have to fill this out yourself and bring 2 photos of the right size. People do medicals even without medical request to save some time, so ask your DMP again to clarify.

Really? You have the same opinion as the other members in this forum. Actually we went to our DMP 4 times begging him to re-do my husband's medical.

According to our VO's message, ask our DMP for another copy of my husband's medical and send it directly to their office..meaning no more London, so that would take only 3 days. Or after a week they could decide on our application. One member had the same problem and they took the re-medical that easy, after 3 days...PPR

Im also confused why our DMP don't cooperate.

We even brought the emails with us whenever we go to his clinic so he would see the messages.

Ok...ask your DMP for another copy of the medical and send it asap. If he doesn't cooperate, see another DMP for the medicals and fax or email a copy of the receipt to the VO with an explanation that the previous DMP did not cooperate so your husband decided to redo it to be on the safe side. This way the VO knows that you are working on it and would hopefully wait for the results before making a decision.

Afterwards, if you want to, you can report the DMP to the medical board in your country and seek reimbursement of the fee you paid for the second medical. I hope it doesn't come to this point, but sometimes in life when it comes to decisions that affect yours and your family's life, you have every reason to stand up for yourself. :)

Actually one member suggested the same. Im kinda worried if ever we do this step, would there be any complications? like the medical form..it should have stamp from the VO before giving to the DMP doing the medical right? Or at this point, stamp isn't that needed because it is re-medical?

We sent to our VO copy of receipt that we all did our medical, the whole family...so that's our proof that my husband really did his.

" but sometimes in life when it comes to decisions that affect yours and your family's life, you have every reason to stand up for yourself."

-Very true! We want to move asap because I dont want this case to be the cause of our shattered dreams...We have gone through a lot before we reached this stage of our application. Our DMP's inconsiderate attitude will affect our future....to think his clinic is charging so much for medical...we had to pay 1000 Saudi riyals each adult (more or less 266 $) and 500 Saudi Riyals for each kid ( 133 $)

The last replies have covered everything there is to say, but if the "VO stamp" is so important to you, I guess you can choose to continue waiting for it and risk rejection in 1 week.

"VO Stamp" this is what our DMP wants if re-doing my husband medical....this is the main reason why we are waiting for so long. Im not sure how important this is.

So this stamp isn't that necessary?

honestly, we really want to move on

Ok, so your DMP wants a stamped medical form, but the VO has told you what to do. Since the DMP is not cooperating, go to another DMP and try to redo the medical. That's the only way to find out for sure if it's possible. One week is not a lot of time so act quick.

I give you +1 for this...You are definitely right, we wouldn't know until we try!
