missing info schedule A

We submitted the application for me to sponsor my hubby in October 2013. We got a letter in the mail stating that it was missing some information from the Schedule A. It says that he needs to re-submit the schedule A. Should he just fill in the info they requested, or fill in the whole form? (residential and employment history)
ETA: It's requesting work history for Jan 2004-Dec 2004 & April 2012-present
addressed where he has lived November 2013-present
organizations or associations that he has been a member of Nov 2013-present

I would fill in an entire substitute Schedule A. It's to your advantage to make it easier for them. You probably already have the partially-filled one in a computer file anyway.
