I finally got my FOIA back today after 3 months of waiting.
So here goes....
I applied for my citizenship in December 2014 and put down travel dates on the citizenship application which I noted down for my reference every time I went across to the US.
Now when I compare what I had with what FOIA produced, FOIA is missing a couple of entries.(I-94 was missing alot more)
Is there anything I can do about this? There was no stamp in my passport as I was using a I-94. Record does not show up on I-94 too.
I also seem to have made a mistake with two entry dates. Example : instead of 1st July I put 2nd July. They were 1 day different between what I had and what CBP had.
I applied with over 140 days in excess of the required.
Firstly if during the interview if they ask me for my entry and exit record, should I declare the two errors I made and state that FOIA was missing records? :'(
What do I do?
