I got a letter from the SINP that my application has a missing document and my application has been closed.
Please what does a closed application mean? And what should I do going forward please?
Thank you

Your application to the Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP) was deemed
incomplete during pre‐screening. Your application is now closed. A closed application
cannot be re‐opened or be considered for a Second Review.
Applications are considered complete when all required documents are attached to the
application at the time of submission. Documents sent after an application has been
submitted are not accepted, unless formally requested by our office.
If your application is closed, then you will need to re‐submit an Expression of Interest (EOI)
if you choose to re‐apply to the program. You can submit an EOI at any time; however, it
will need to meet the eligibility criteria to be considered for a future invitation to apply to
the SINP.
