I'm from Iran and because of some problems with my flight, I missed the biometrics appointment in Turkey, and now after 24 hours I cannot reschedule or create another appointment although the vfsglobal website mentioned that I can have another appointment after 24 hours.

here is the error message for scheduling a new appointment:
  • This IRCC No. is already in use. Please cancel your previous appointment or use the reschedule option to continue with the same IRCC No. If you require further assistance, please call the VAC Contact Centre for support. For details on how to reach the VAC Contact Centre, please click here https://www.vfsglobal.ca/canada/ and then the Contact Us tab which can be found at the bottom of each webpage.
here is the error message for rescheduling my appointment:
  • You are not eligible to reschedule after 48 hours of appointment creation.

What should I do??
 
for those who have the same problem, by this link contact them in working days and they will give you another appointment. It is worth mentioning that they respond to you very fast.
