missing application

Hi everyone

I have serious problem, if anyone can assist me. I have sent an applications about a month ago and I have received the Acknowledgment Of Receipt today. The application I sent contains 4 applicants however I only received 3 AOR of 3 applicants but I am missing 1 more AOR of one of the applicants.

I am not sure, if they lost it or if I have to wait for more days to receive it the missing AOR. Funny thing is that I sent all the applications in one envelope however it seems to me they only scanned 3 and missed one more.

At this point I don't know what to do . Please any suggestions would help me out.

Thank you, I guess I have no other choice but to try that. I heard they are no help in the most cases.
