Missing aor2

Hi guys,

I need help. We submitted our file in june 2019. Medical and biometrics were done in September. I received an email on dec 5 that my file was sent to london visa office for further processing. I have not received AOR2 yet. But whenever I send email to ircc, they say my file is in line for review by an assessing officer. On ecase on pr side it says "in process" but when I click on it, on the second line it says we start processing this file on September 2019, ( which is our medical date). I received ghost updates last Saturday but nothing after that no email or changes on my ecas or gckey. In july I ordered my GCMS notes and I recently found out they they messed up my order. Can anyone please tell me what is happening. I am really worried.

Not all offices send AOR2 (some here have said london does not). Ghost update is a good sign (usually) but obviously no specific information from that. Saturday is not that long ago though. Apart from that don't think anyone from outside can tell you what is happening.

What do you mean when you say they 'messed up your order'?

In terms of what you can do (no guarantees will help): order GCMS notes again. Get your MP's office involved, it's been well over a year.

Sometimes they don't send AOR2. I never got it either and I got same mystery ghost update but just next day on Monday along with many others...I guess we will have to hope next week we get a real update.
I am very curious as to what this mass ghost update was all about.
Like armoured said, if you're over a year then order another gcms and get MP involved is a great idea. I'm still under 1 year so not gonna bother LVO yet.

I tried to involve my MP. However it's totally useless. She is totally ignoring me. I just ordered notes again yesterday. I was hoping if someone could guide my if they have faced similar situation.

Recommend you join one of the established London threads. You'll get the best information there. Right now pretty much all processing is taking much longer than normal due to COVID-19.

There are several of them. What is your home country?
