Lame, i've done the same. Cant find anywhere to re-apply. You have to pay the $150 again and wait two weeks or whatever. Do i have to totally begin the registration from scratch? becasue it wont allow you to make a new Kompass account with the same email, i just tried to start it all again and it was like email already registered but when i login there is no link i can see in order to apply a second time. Im devastated!
