Missed mentioning information in application sent to CIC- Urgent help

Hi all,

I have to submit all my documents to visa office in Buffalo. But I missed mentioning details about the country that I went 14 years back on a visit visa for a short period in the background declaration form sent to CIC , Sydney. During that time I was working with a company in India and stated the same in my application form. I want to update the same in my form which I am sending now to buffalo visa office but not sure how should i justify the same.Would it be wise to mention it as a holiday visit or training from my company. In the visa it is clearly written as not for employment. I was there for a short period but twice which adds up to 6 months which i realized after calculating dates from my old passport . I did not obtain a PCC for that country and that would take lot of time and my 120 days time limit would be over if i wait for that PCC. Kindly request any advise on this.

1. If u don't show that now, while pps stamping u'll run into problems -aka misrepresentation.
2. Amend the form, if there's place, or use a new one & pin it to the original copy.
3. Write a cover letter explaining the 'oversight'.
4. Send the package to your CHC, w/out that PCC [mention your constraints in the c/letter].
5. Apply for that PCC & Send it asap, after 2nd stage submission.

I have sent my forms to CIC yesterday. after sending it on DHL Express, Dhaka, Bangladesh I found out I've mistakenly left a gap in my Schedule 3: Economic Class form. I didn't provide info about a job experience. I also made a mistake in the experience field of the form (my job duration was from Sep 2002 to Apr 2003 but mistakenly typed Apr 2004). However, I gave both info in Schedule 1 correctly.

DHL told me the envelope I gave them is already on its way to Canada. So now can I make amends to the mistakes or can I contact anyone at CIC to inform the changes (I've got supporting documents for them).

Please help me. I'm tensed and need to know whether I should hold back my application package to be delivered by DHL or returned back to me.
