Missed field in App

Hi all

I applied with noc 0213 on 15th of may. my docs reached CIO on 31th of may.

i did make a mistake with the form.. actually i missed one field date of birth of my mom in one of the forms. ???

will my app be rejected as i havennot heard any info about my app from CIO for past 2 months ?

i did write dob of my mom in another form though.. :-[

plz guide ???

Hi,

What i have seen in the past is that of you missed any field they will return your application and will ask you to submit again after filling all the field.

what confuses me is that as my NOC is nolonger listed. will i be considered under new rules on old ones, ???

Hi,

I have seen some applicants whose applications are returned because of these small errors and they have not been given another chance, as you have mentioned the DOB on other form so just pray that they let this mistake go otherwise its really tough that they will give you a chance.

Yes i agree with Saki that these days CIO is so much strict but i think that your field is not so much important which can be ignored if u have already mentioned this DOB in another form. last month i made a call to CIO and asked that if someone has an error in his form then when u return the form? then agent told me that we take about 3 to 4 weeks to return the form but now two monts are over. i hope u are safe and rough review has been done. be optimistic and wait for good news. wish u all the best.
