Our application for canadian immigration was accepted in December 2015. Later we timely sent every required document, till the medical things went smoothly.

Medical also was accepted, but with the emails of medical exam another email was sent for the payment of landing fees and a few personal specifications.

Unfortunately, that email went into the scrap of my yahoo mail box and i missed it. The payment was required within a month but after 2 months the visa officer sent me an email message mentioning the payment.

I looked for the mail immediately and realized it has been in my scrap since last 2months. Right then i made the payment and sent my required documents via courier and email. The visa officer has given us 90 days time to update them. He mentioned the he intends to refuse our visas.

Now we r worried. The whole process went very smoothly but because of one missing email things are now under question.

Has anyone been in such a situation. What may happen next?

if you are still within the 90 days limit given by officer, go and do what you are told to do
