Misrepresentation???

Advise on Misrepresentation..

Job Title: Financial Analyst (NOC code 1112)
Job Title on Labor Card: Financial Analyst (NOC code 1112)
Job Title on Contract: Financial Analyst (NOC code 1112)

Job Duties: Accounting Analyst / Accountant (NOC code 1111)

My Head / Manager is willing to provide a letter with Job title as Financial Analyst and as per my Duties of an Accounting Analyst / Accountant.

1. Will this way work as my duties are in the 38 list, however my title is not. Will the immigration office become suspicious or suspect it as Misrepresentation???

2. Will the immigration officer verify with the person who signed only??

Your JD's must reflects with duties noc 1111 to qualify, no need to have same designation/title. CIC concern about your job descriptions.

PL CHK noc 0111 is finance managers and noc 1111 is financial auditors...recheck on the same...they are both totally diff noc although both are listed in 38 list...
