Hello,
my visa is going to expire in end of this month and I got misrepresentation so I can not apply anything upto next following two years.
So my question is can I stay in canada upto next 90 days after my expiration. I haven't applied anything this time.

Thanks

If you were refused because of inadmissibility due to misrepresentation, were you not ordered to leave Canada as well?

1. No, you are expected to leave. You won't have implied status, and there is a good chance if you don't leave, you be reported.

Why don`t you consultant an immigration lawyer, If you feel your case is sensitive, people in this forum can able to answer only general questions.
Seems you are in big trouble.
