Hello house , I receive a mail from the Canada immigration , telling me I filled no instead of yes when filling my (imm5257)form which states have you been refused a visa or permit denied entry or ordered to leave Canada or any country , and they found out have been refused severally at the American embassy , they now said they give me the opportunity to respond affording me 7 days from the day I revived this letter and if not I will be refused . And also if found out that I engaged in misrepresentation in submitting my application , It will render me inadmissible to Canada for 5 years, please what am I going to do, and what’s my hope , but honestly I was just denied at the embassy on normal ground no serious offense.

You'll need to respond to the letter and tell IRCC that you made a mistake in your application and answered that question incorrectly. It doesn't matter why you were refused. You must be truthful in all questions that you answer and declare any past refusals to Canada or other countries. It sounds like IRCC is getting ready to give you a misrepresentation ban. I'm not sure if there's anything you can do about that at this point. I would respond to the letter as soon as you can to let IRCC know you made a mistake in the application. There is still some chance they will just refuse your application rather than giving you a 5 year ban from Canada.
How many times were you refused? And for which category of non-immigrant US visa?
Regardless of the answers to the above questions, it seems IRCC is likely to ban you for misrepresentation. You can certainly reply to the Procedural Fairness Letter and hope that you are only refused for a TRV and not banned
