Hello guys,
I've applied for student visa jan2020 but i saw update in my GC for misrepresentation of documents and maybe inadmissible in canada for 5 years.
My agent forged my documents to cover my gaps, what should i do now, embassy has given me 10 days to support the documents and will this effect my applications for other countries in future??

Please give your suggestions

Absolutely nothing you can do now. The documents were forged.

Explain that in your response to the PFL, but you'll be banned.

You will need to explain this in any other countries visa applications that ask about visa refusals or bans. Canada will tell other countries you were refused.

What did your agent forged work experience or degree or diploma?

You need to respond to the letter within the 10 days given. You must state that the documents are in fact forged. You can try blaming your agent but hard to say if this will work since IRCC holds you responsible for everything included in your application.

Best case scenario you will only be refused.

Worse case scenario you will be refused and given a 5 year ban.

If you are given the 5 year ban, you will have to forget about Canada for 5 years - it will not be possible for you to come here for the ban period.

I know after 10 days i'll got a ban for 5 years in canada, just want to know will it affect my future applications of other countries?

It might. You may have to declare this refusal when you apply for visas to other countries.

Your ban will count against you for any future applications that require declaration of non-compliance of immigration laws.
