I submit PR application Tuesdaay, agent now tells me he use fake job letter to get more points. what i can do! I want to cancel and apply again. Is it too late. anybody who has cancel before.

Wow. Did you just make a profile for express entry or did you get invited to apply and you submitted your final application?

This is serious and you should immediately revoke your contract with the agent. If you are caught, you will have a 10 year bar from entering Canada.
 
You should withdraw your application immediately. Send a CSE for withdrawing it.

IRCC will not accept an excuse that the agent did it without your knowledge. You will anyways be penalized with 5 year ban for this.
 
Withdraw your application and if you have received ITA then postponed it and withdraw your application... Be Safe Then Sorry

Can CIC let me to. withdraw. I know will get ban but will they let me to withdraw. Will they ban me even if i withdraw

As per my understanding, no issues if you withdraw. Just don't use that letter/employment again. You should be good.
