My husband was sent home sept 26th 2012. While he was here he didn't have any proper papers. He changed his name back home came here and didn't say anything. He peed outside cops caught him - same night was taken to an immigration center a month later was sent home to st vincent. We married in nov of 2013 same year i gave birth to our son (found out i was preg a a day before he left) I'm lost as to what to do. We are both are struggling with finances. Does he need to do the ARC? Does a misrepresentation have an effect on the ruling of him able to come back
