Misrepresentation Case

Hi,

I have a fried who applied under FSWP in 2014 but got declined due to misrepresentation and was banned for five years. They're planning to apply next year (after the 5 years ban) but they're afraid that their new application will be impacted by the previous one. Is anyone of you have the same case with this? Is there a chance that they can be approved this time if they meet all the requirements? Or it will still be impacted by their case even if the 5 years ban is done already?
 
There is certainly a chance "your friend" can be approved if they meet all requirements. Expect their file to be scrutinized closely, though, to look out for possible misrepresentation again.
