Hi all,

I am on the process of filing for my citizenship application and I think I had forgotten to put an activity of mine on the work history.

Context is that I had started doing few freelance projects through Upwork 3 months prior to my PR application submit on the side of my full time job. I have done my taxes and everything ever since but as I was about to put this activity on my citizenship application I realized I forgot to put this on my PR application's personal history. I'm not sure how I can justify this mistake/mismatch so it wouldn't look like I was hiding anything. Thanks for your help in advance.

If that info was not relevant to the PR application, I don't think there's much issue and they're not looking to 'catch' people on minor omissions. People do have freelance things to pay the bills and forget them.

Definitely NOT encouraging anyone to do this but in this instance probably not a big deal.

If you feel it important enough, you could include a short letter of explanation that you didn't include this because it was occasional/freelance work. I personally probably wouldn't.
