She sent her visa to Istanbul by post, so a known legal person with my written permission take the passport in Turkey to get her student visa in her passport, but fatih (immigration office of turkey) took her passport from post and till now he has no idea that what happened with her visa and passport, she do not know what I have to do, please help us,
