Minor while applying.

Hello, im a minor (17 years) and i’m going to apply for a study permit soon (which will be BEFORE my 18th birthday that is on 30th November) but i have LOA of jan 2020 intake.
So means only at time of study permit application i will be below 18 years but while travelling/start of course i will be 18. What are the necessary steps/procedures? Any answer will be appreciated

Can u pls elaborate. I have completed my 12th grade education and now applying for undergraduate diploma. Pls let me know.
