In my application to extend my OWP, I fear I have made a mistake filling out the "Coming to Canada" section on the IMM5710E form (see below info). Can anyone please let me know if this will cause my application to be rejected? Your time is highly appreciated.
My original date of landing = 2020 March 02 on a tourist visa
Obtained OWP = 2020 March 13 by going to the US/Canada border (flag-poling)
OWP expiry date = 2021 Dec 10
OWP extension applied on = 2021 Sep 06
This is how I filled out the "Coming to Canada" section on the IMM5710E form
1. Date and place of your original entry to Canada
Date : 2020-03-02
Place : Toronto International Airport
2. a) The original purpose for coming to Canada : Work
b) Other : - blank -
3. Date and place of your most recent entry to Canada (if not the same as original entry)
Date : - blank -
Place : - blank -
4. If applicable, provide the document number of the most recent visitor record, study permit, work permit or temporary resident permit issued to you
Document number : UXXXXXXXXX (number on my OWP)
