Minor has not stayed..Father stayed.PR renewable for the minor?

Hello all
Father, mother and kid soft landed and left for three years
Divorce happened.
Father stayed the last 2 years of the PR to met residence obligations.
4 year old kid stayed with his mom outside Canada
Is the kid PR renewable with the dad as he is minor and has no decision to make?

If what you are asking is whether a PR card can be renewed from outside Canada then no it cannot . The child would need to apply for a PRTD to return to Canada using the separation / removal as H&C reasons and then once in Canada aim to meet the residency obligation before renewing PR card.
