Not sure what advice you're looking for. You're already in Canada. You have been issued a relatively short validity TRV, probably because of humanitarian reasons as your dad is unwell (not officially H&C types).

You would not want to reapply for your daughter so soon. She must reapply only after sufficient time has passed after you return to India yourself. IRCC has refused your daughter's TRV to compel you to return to India + because you probably do not have any other strong ties to return to India

So according to you after how much gap I should reapply ? Being a single parent I can't leave her alone in India ..as my Visa is for a year and I want to see my parents again in December

What's the immigration status of your parents?

Are they likely to visit/return to India?

You need to consider a plan B because you were likely only granted the visa because your daughter was in India. Chances of her visa approval are quite low.

Plan B ?? Wats that[/QUOTE
so that means she will never get rights to see her grandparents? Not even on humanitarian grounds? Sounds so weird .Canada talks so much bout family ties and family reunion.so wat kind of reunion is there? where a minor can't accompany mother?

Each situation is different. You have a significant number of family members in Canada. You can try and prove that you and/or child have strong ties to India and show the numerous reasons you will return. Many people before you have not returned to their home country. They are the reason the Canadian gvt is so cautious when awarding visas.

There are no humanitarian considerations in the case of your daughter. Your parents + your sibling(s) who are Canadian citizens/PRs have the option to travel to India to meet your daughter for a family reunion.

By granting a TRV to your daughter, IRCC is aware that you and your daughter may not have any incentives to return to India. Again, I believe your daughter was refused a TRV to ensure that you will return to India

This is the only thing my father didn't get permission to travel to India as he has severe heart blockage .I showed sufficient evidences to prove that we don't have any intention to stay here..
Is there any fixed criteria for visa selection?my parents are in their 80s and can't travel to India coz of their health issues

Applicants may believe they have submitted the perfect set of documents, but IRCC could think otherwise.

No fixed criteria.

Not sure when your parents landed as PRs. They and/or your daughter could have met in the past few years before your dad fell ill

They never mention the list why it was refused ..in case if minor they are asking travel husthis, insufficient funds ?? Is that a valid reason ..? Sry for this but somewhere there is a loophole.my parents are in Canada past 14 yrs and illness won't knock the door before it comes health issues can be with anyone ma'am.suggest me the best possible way to deal with the situation.i will be thankful for that .on my one year visa stamp they mentioned multiple ,so from India how many times can I travel??not possible actually.so wat does this Multiple means? Can my Visa be extended?

As your parents have already been in Canada since the last 14 years (roughly around the time your daughter was born), they had the opportunity to meet your daughter in India.... at the time of her birth and/or her first birthday (just some reasons to meet her).

Also, your daughter could have applied in the last 14 years to see her grandparents.

You can travel to/attempt to enter Canada as many times as you like until the validity of your multiple entry TRV. Do be aware that at some point the immigration officer may restrict/limit the duration of your stay or even deny entry if s/he believes you are violating visitor visa privilieges.

Can my Visa be extended?
Your visitor status can be extended. But what grounds would you seek an extension considering you have other family members who can take care of your dad?

Otherwise you need to apply for a new TRV from scratch when your current TRV expires + when you're outside Canada
