Minor Dependent Kids

My self and my spouse hold a temporary work permit to Canada.Currently i am looking for information related to processing my minor dependent kids visa application (One of my kid is 4 years and the other one is 1.5 years old).

I have checked the available information in the Canadian embassy website,but I am not sure i was in the right direction.So can you please share few information for processing the visa application for my kids like what type of visa I have to apply and a link to download the visa application forms.

I am planning to process the visa application for my kids,before i leave my country(Can i really start the visa process before landing in Canada ?)

Any help is greatly appreciated.

i ve some question regarding spousal open work permit and dependent child visa.
1. My spouse lives in Philippines how she gets Dubai police report and how long time takes? her relatives lives in Dubai.
2. As i work full time skill worker in Canada, how much funds available i need to show to sponsor both of them [wife and 1 year baby]?
Please senior advice highly appreciate .

You need to fill out applications for a temporary resident visa. The link is here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/visit/apply-how.asp

The kids need TRVs before leaving. If you are flying to Canada, the kids will be denied entry to the airplane without their visas. If you're driving into Canada from the US border, you can apply at the border as you enter.

You should've included their applications with the work permit applications. You'll need to submit copies of your work permit with their TRV application as well as birth certificate or adoption papers.
