Is birth certificate needed for Minor citizenship application. In checklist it is not mentioned. But in instructions it is mentioned to send birth certificate.

If you are using the application form version CIT0003 laster version for minor the checklist associates to it is CIT0008. it clearly says birth certificate needs to be provided with your application.
