2 questions:

1) My kid was born in Oct 1999, and he will be 18 years old in Oct 2017. I am going to submit citizenship application at the end of August 2017, should he treated as minor (17 years old) applicant or adult (18 years old) ?

2) For kid, 2 ID required also. He has a copy of PR card, which counts one. How about another ID? His health card has month and year of birth only, but no date on the card. Can his passport biological copy count to 2? It is easy for adult since we all have PR card and driver license. But how about the kid without driver license such as below 14 years old? Do I have to get a provincial ID for my kid? Thanks.

I can answer the question #2: For minors, only one of the IDs should have a photo. Attaching health card copy is fine as you are already attaching the PR card copy.

1. age wiill be calculated as the date of signing of application. If you can send it before oct 2017 then your kid is treated as minor but he need to take english test or provide documents and ready for citizenship test

For minor application form, both parents need to sign, or one of parents signing the form is okay and acceptable? thanks.

If you look at guide for minor application, it lets you send to:

Case Processing Centre, Sydney
Grant - Minors
49 Dorchester Street
Sydney, Nova Scotia
B1P 5Z2

But if you look at guide for adult application, it lets you send to:

Case Processing Centre, Sydney
Grant Adults
49 Dorchester Street
Sydney, Nova Scotia
B1P 5Z2

Since I am going to send family application including minors, I will send to "Grant Adults" address, okay?

I am sending mine to adults address, even though a minor child is included in the application.
