From a politician? HA! I highly doubt it.

Didn't see the Q&A session, but I bet it was a lot of generic "we're working to reduce times", "committed to family reunification", etc etc with no real answers to anything.

I just quckly checked the so-called Q&A. This one tweet of his really summed it up:

#Libs to blame for those backlogs. We have increased decision-makers, sped up processing.

So even though they've been in power now almost 8 years, the previous Liberal govt is still responsible. And apparently times are getting quicker so inland applicants are just imagining things.

This would be hilarious comedy if it wasn't for the fact this is affecting so many people's lives.

All the recently caused problems 8 years and less, happened because of the Libs ,according to the conservative. I don't know why they consider Canadian extremely naive.

I don't need to `follow' anyone, nor do I need to be `followed'.

If it's something that's trending, I have other ways to hear about it.

You'd probably also be `shocked' to know that my fb account is pretty much dead too. Last time I checked, I had < 50 friends...about a dozen of whom are actual friends.

I asked how many ppl they have dedicated to processing Inland apps at CPC-M?

What actual steps or changes have been implemented to improve inland processing since the move to CPC-M?

Why inland processing virtually stopped for 7 months after the transfer to CPC-M?

And of course the basic what is going on that they won't tell us to cause such a backlog??

He pretended he`s mentally challenged and couldn`t understand English language then he ran away. Thats about it. lasted for about an hour. 8)

As someone else mentioned, under the Conservatives and Kenney, process times were actually decreasing somewhat. Under Alexander, process times are on the rise. The time to stop blaming Liberals was when Mr. Alexander took over the job.

I'm a bit surprised, given his age and being a former PAFSO member - that this "diplomat" has learned absolutely nothing from his experience, and has already taken on this mentality. God help us if he is an example of the "Foreign Service Officer" deciding on our applications.

I saw someone on Twitter suggested him to quit the CIC portfolio and find something else better suit his personality to do. He didn't answer LOL. He gets mad easily.
