Watched the whole thing live on CBS. It was all about recent US ban.

- Dual citizens and Green card holders are not affected.
- Canadian citizens & PRs (from banned countries) won't be affected as well.
- Canada will provide temporary residence options to those stranded on Canadian borders to sort out their options.
- Canada will continue to welcome and settle refugees and immigrants.

Summary of last few minutes of video I was able to catch..!!!


1. Canadian PR holders with dual citizen ship are exempted from the ban even if they belong to those 7 countries.

2. Canada will provide temporary shelter to the refuges stuck in U.S as a result of ban.

3. And Canadian are very sure of the authenticity of the screening process they run for the immigrants.
