Good morning,

I am a master student studying in the US. I am currently working as graduate research assistant and would love to apply under FSW by the end of my program . Here is my concern:

From June 1st, 2021-December 31st,2022, I will be around 20 months. The issue is I am working part time (20 hours / week) which will be equivalent to 1520 hours within that period. I will unfortunately fall 40 days short.

Do you think I will be worthy to apply ? If not, can I find an additional part-time job in order to compensate my need?

Thanks in advance.

You will not be eligible with the hours you have as it needs to be full time or part-time in one NOC that is continuous. You can find a job as long as it is the same NOC.

No, it will not be worth applying.

not 40 days that was a typo. 14 days (40hrs ) actually.

Same answer. You need to meet the minimum requirements. You can't be 14 days short.

If you can find a job in the same NOC to make up the hours, that will work. Your work experience must be continuous (without any breaks) and in a single NOC.

Ok so working simultaneously with the same NOC while continuing my other part time job will work?
