Minimum length of Permanent Work with same employer in Quebec ?

Hello !
I am from Pakistan.
One of my employer want me to come in Quebec and to work there for him permanently but i am curious to know that what will be minimum time period for permanent job offer he can write on my job offer letter?
I have searched it from cic website but did not find any answer for it.
i am curious to know that if he offer me permanent work (PR) so how many year i should must work for him in Quebec?
