Minimum income requirements for Parents sponsorship

I have been working on my post graduate work permit since October 2017 at an income of $55000 per year. I recently received my PR in July 2019.

Will the time I worked from Oct 2017 to July 2019 count towards my parents sponsorship for PR application or only the time after July 2019 count?

Your PGWP income will count. To get 3 years of LICO you would only qualify in 2021. Who knows what the program will look like at that point.
