Minimum Income Eligibility for Sponsoring my mother

HI,

I would like to know how many years do I need to work in Canada to be eligible for sponsoring my mother.
I checked the Canada Immigration website and it says the following:-

If you are sponsoring a parent or a grandparent, you must meet the minimum necessary income requirement for each of the three taxation years immediately preceding the date of your application.

I moved to Ontario,Canada in June,2018 and if I apply for sponsorship for my mother in 2019 then I wont be meeting the minimum income requirement as in preceding years I was working in India.

So, my query is do I need to work in Canada for at least 3 years to be eligible to sponsor my mother?

Yes you will have to meet the minimum income requirement for 3 years. The only thing that counts is Canadian income. Quebec has different rules.
