Minimum IELTS score for spouse

Hi All,

I was wondering if there is also a minimum ielts score in each band for my spouse for Federal Skilled Worker application. Has 7.5 in all but 5.5 in one. I understand the minimum score in each band is 6, but no where does it state whether is for primary or both applicants.
