minimum gross for live in caregiver program

I have a sister who is new here in Canada and her gross is around 1600 a month. She is working under the live in caregiver program. I just want to know where to get the exact minimum gross and the breakdown so that she can give it to her employer. Her LMO says salary is 9.62/hour, it did not state her monthly gross. This is a kind of abuse. Imagine, her employers are doctor and a nurse and yet she's paid under the miimum wage.

Employers dnt like paying over time since we live there....after room n board is taken out around 1000-1200 i think is the norm
