Minimum GPA requirement for Graduate certificate

Hi
I have surfed a lot of Canadian Colleges' websites and on most of them they did not mention any minimum GPA requirement for admission to Graduate certificate programs. I just happen to see " University degree or diploma" as the requirement. Does that mean they would accept students with any GPA?

yes, as far as I know they dont have minimum gpa requirement for diploma programs, though you need to submit your transcript if it is required.
