Migration to canada

I want to migrate to canada.
I am a software developer and my husband is a civil engineer.
and both of these are not under NOC so we are confused should we apply under skilled worker category or any other category

Also we have good IELTS score and our uncle is there.

So any one can please suggest under which category we should apply.
